The Breakfast Room

is located just below the main hall, on level -1. It is a comfortable place to energise for the day.

Our guests have breakfast included in the price of their stay.

Breakfast is by far the most important meal of the day, so at our hotel we make sure that it is as delicious as possible.

At the Swedish buffet you will find, among others: a selection of the highest quality cheeses, cold cuts, pastes, vegetables, fruits, yoghurts, desserts and various types of bread.

Hot dishes are prepared on an ongoing basis according to the wishes of guests. You can choose from such dishes as:

• scrambled eggs on butter
• scrambled eggs on bacon
• fried eggs
• sweet omelette
• salty omelette
• frankfurters
• hot dog sausages
• grilled vegetables

Breakfasts are served on weekdays from 7:30 to 10:30 and on weekends from 8:00 to 11:00.

Our cuisine focuses entirely on seasonal products from local producers. At the same time, we bet on the highest quality and the shortest path from the producer to the consumer. Cheeses produced in Ślubów by Mr. Igor, cold cuts from Mr. Dariusz from Świdnica, fish from Milickie Stawy and vegetables from Mrs. Cwieta from Mirków regularly appear on the plates of our guests.

Our mission is to popularise outstanding products produced in the vicinity and to serve them in the most natural form possible.
